Suck It Up Buttercup - Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Mix

Suck it up Buttercup, you can do this! Bake some cookies & get going. Creamy peanut butter chips in a sweet sugar cookie mix. 

You will need: 
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 egg
1-2 tbsp peanut butter (optional, BUT WORTH IT!!)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet.
2. Mix contents with butter & egg until combined. Chill dough for 5-10 minutes.
3. Roll into 1" balls and place on the cookie sheet 2" apart. Flatten each ball with the top of a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. 
4. Bake 8-10 minutes 

Yields 24 Cookies
